With a hereditary passion for acting and being inherently humorous, Ogola joined Rabala Theater, found in Homa Bay after high school to begin acting professionally. After a while, he journeyed to Nairobi, looking for bigger opportunities and, in similar measure, tougher challenges. He joined Thetrix Arts & Jicho 4 Production as a set-book player. With these teams, he went around different high schools, helping students take a closer and actualized peek at the books they read and would be read on. 

Apart from set-book drama, Ogola worked with Culture Spills, acting in the Luo language and offering these shows at the Kenya National Theater, which is a breeding foundation for most of the actors and actresses in the Kenyan scene. Moreover, he earned some experience at Heartstrings Entertainment at Alliance Francaise, Renegade, Festival of Creative Arts.
